I was going to wait and see to make an opinion on the Hope shipping war.. but these spoilers have made it easy. Liam can make all the promises he wants, Carter is taking the issue head on. When Hope told Carter he was a kind leader who would do things differently (this was months ago) I wondered if they were planting the seed for this type of story .. and it looks like they are. From the interview Annika gave, she alluded to Lawrence being given front burner material

A few weeks ago someone on here speculated Carter might become obsessed or a stalker. At the time I said no. Now I am not so confident that isn’t where this is going. All of this is weird

I think that maybe finally more and more characters start to see Steffy for whom she is! It's long overdue! It is time Liam also catches her while calling Hope names , showing her true self! That would be priceless to see him realizing how much a fool he has been letting her bulldozing the life of the woman he loves. If the plan is to redeem him at Hope's eyes and make him a one woman man , catching Steffy showing her true colors would make the story believable.
